Using Polarity, Reiki, Reflexology, Crystals, and Intuition, Helen will help you balance all your energy bodies—physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, and etheric—to relax and unblock those stuck places in your life. Nutritional counseling is also part of the process. A session is usually one hour and the cost is $75.
Helen, with oil pastels, will create a 'crystal portrait' from your own crystal with infomation about the rune signs she see's within the crystal. She has several portraits in her polarity room that she created from the 'working crystals' that she uses in her practice.
